At CosmosJoy, we want you to have the best shopping experience. Please read our exchange and return policy carefully before placing an order.

Exchange Policy

We accept product exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • You received a different product or model than what you ordered.

  • The product received is defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • The product must be unused, in original packaging, and all accessories must be intact.

  • Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.

If the requested replacement product is out of stock, we will contact you for alternate options.

Return Policy

We only accept returns in the following case:

  • If the requested replacement cover is not available in stock, we will initiate a return or refund.

Please note:

  • Returns will not be accepted for color, texture, or minor design differences, as lighting and display settings may cause slight variations.

  • We do not accept returns for personal preference or “change of mind.”

  • All return items must be unused, undamaged, and sent back in original packaging.

Important Notes

  • If your parcel is damaged during delivery, please record an unboxing video and contact us immediately.

  • For defective or incorrect products, you must share clear photos or videos as proof within 3 days of delivery.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling are not eligible for exchange or return.
